good location and friendly staff
both showers were in poor condition
The staff is so friendly and helpful. There is a nice breakfast and the rooms are so cleaned.
The bathroom is so small.
Clean rooms the location of the hotel is very close to Termini Station
Very basic and quite expensive for the quality of the room and food
The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. The location was great, just 5 min walk from Roma Termini and close to the centre of the city. There is a supermarket round the corner and a laundry just opposite the hotel. Will return there next time.
The breakfast could be a bit more varied but I guess the relatively low price of the rooms suggest that it will not be possible to change this. Nevertheless, their coffee is excellent and we were offered a second one by the barmaid.
Staff was very helpful and room was always clean. It was a good location to the train station with some excellent places to eat nearby.
The bed was pretty bad (one was hard as a rock and the other concave) and the rooms were located away from the check in area, through a courtyard and up a narrow elevator that made my wife feel a little uncomfortable but it worked out fine.
The location close to the big station Termini and that's all
There are many things I didn't like : I was in a single room for many days and there was no air conditioning in the room, windows had to be closed all the time because of the sun, no curtains in the shower and it was not very clean, TV has only 2 channels which is very poor, no Internet but it was known from the beginning, I could hear my neighbours very well, and the peaks of the journey was the lift that broke down 2 days (rooms are at the 5th floor), one day I was in the lift and nobody could help me to go out ... There is no problem at all to find other hotels nearby
The proximity to Termini station & other tourist attraction.
Room was small, there were other hotels around the area that offers bigger room and working a/c.
Very nice ... location also the staff , and the price !!!!
Everything was accurate, room was nice, staff friendly and really helpful in every case, good location so quiet in addition a free map of Rome.
Shower is bit of a adventure:)
A very quiet room- a bonus in this part of Rome - as it overlooking a courtyard. Very close to Termini.
Breakfast was very basic.
Nice hotel service and good coffee.
Very easy to reach from train station. Good location for getting around Rome. Acceptable breakfast. Daytime desk guy was exceptional with his service and help. Free internet and computer use. Nice bathrooms.
Close to Termini station, quite place, clean room. Good choice for 1 night stay.
Reception is located at another entrance and there's nobody from the staff at the floor where the rooms are located which gives you lack of security as it seems that everyone from the street could enter the corridor. Air-conditioning rather old and can't be adjusted from the room-it was rather hot at night but we couldn't do anything. Shower veeery small, no bath, just the pallet, no curtain, so all the water is on the floor.
It was very close to the Termini station.
The room was tiny for 4 of us. Breakfast was simple with bread and coffee. Cups were not clean and no bowl for cereal. Later a big cup was provided but it was dirty.
the hotel reception is on ground floor but the rooms are on the 5th floor, to get up there is small elevator that would fit 3 people or 2 people with big luggage, ALOT of halal food store around, less than 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini, room & cleanliness is not the best but ok for the price you pay, will stay there if visited rome again
area becomes dodgy after 10pm, but not dangerous that warrants you to stay in hotel still can walk around, street abit noisy but the double glazing window & thick curtain helps
